Make Moodle courses available as AICC in other LMS

My goal is to be able to share my Moodle courses with others that use non-Moodle LMS systems such as SumTotal or Learn.com. Ideally we would have some level of integration for tracking. Look at how SkillSoft makes their SkillPort courses available in this way via AICC.
